Heaven gained another angel, March 2nd, 2023, when Carol B. (Holden)Knopp passed away. She was 77 years old.
Carol was born in Redmond, Oregon September 4th, 1945. Carol was raised by a single mother; Sylvia Gettig. As a Hermiston bulldog, Carol graduated in 1963. Carol went on to get married and have her first daughter in 1965 and 4 years later, have her 2nd daughter. She was one of everything to someone; realtor, receptionist, bartender, but at the end of the day, she was a wife, mom, grandma, great grandma, and best friend.
Carol was the definition of beauty in every way. It was so breathtaking that everyone was drawn to her. Her personality put the sprinkles on top of the cake. She never took life for granted and she lived in the moment every single day. Carol loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, chat with her friends about what was happening around town and enjoy the simple life while traveling in her RV with her husband Larry.
Carol is survived by her husband of 25 years: Larry, two daughters: Sherry and Heather, her 5 grandchildren: Justin, Ashley, Terra, Jacob, Rylee, her 4 great grandchildren: Kale, Jayden, Wyck, Tyson, her stepdaughter: Tawnia, her step granddaughter: Mariah, and many friends and family that loved and adored her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia Gettig, her Aunt Margaret, Margie, Charlene, and many friends that were like family.
