Jeffery Allen Rogers, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on April 18, 2024, in Elko, Nevada, at the age of 59. Jeffery was born on January 3, 1965, in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to the late Jerald Rogers and Myrna Pate.
Jeffery, known to his loved ones as Jeff, was a man of great loyalty and compassion. He served 8 1/2 years in the Air Force and continued his service as a civilian at Hill Airforce Base until his retirement in 2019. Jeff found joy in sharing his knowledge of fishing and hunting, always eager to help others. His goofy nature and fierce love for his family, including his wife, Misha Lee Rogers, and children: Megan Blaylock, Tosha (Logan) Hill, Gregory (Jenna Mitchell) Rogers, Chaelyn Swanson, Skylar Swanson, and Rieley Swanson, will be deeply missed.
Jeffery is survived by seven beautiful granddaughters, his brother Jerald (Akiko) Rogers, Uncle Jim (Arlene) Pate, Father and Mother-in-law Jim and Annie Crandall, foster parents Chris & Debra Svedin, Brothers and Sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The viewing and memorial service to honor Jeffery's life will be held on April 26, 2024, at the LDS Meadow Valley Ward church in Elko, NV, located at 1651 College Parkway, with the viewing at 9:00 am and the memorial service at 11:00 am.
