Maria "Teri" Teresa (Vega) Templeton

Maria (Teri) Templeton passed away in Elko, Nv on Saturday, September 23rd, 2023, at the age of 77.

Teri was born to Antonio and Diega Vega on September 9,1946, in Ajo, Az.

On Feb 5th, 1971, she married William (Bill) Templeton. In 1981 they moved to Nv.

Teri was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Teri’s leaves behind her husband Bill, her daughters Annazette Barr, Tricia Maughan, Kimberley Templeton and her son Monte (Julie) Templeton; her grandchildren Amanda Barr, Cody Barr, Harley (Jb) Olson, Sydney Maughan, Monique (Justin) Krause, Tessa Wilson, Tommy Wilson, Damon Templeton, Jaden (Erin) Templeton, Jaron Templeton and Jaylee Templeton. Great-grandchildren, Maylynn, Taydem, Madison, and Ellis. Her sisters Nilza (Manual) Aguirre, Toni (Ray) Carrera and Sandra McBiles (Louie); and brothers Richard (Isabelle) Vega, Rolando (Licha) Vega, Eddie (Annette) Vega, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Diega Vega, her sister Delores Hoge, her brother Reynaldo Vega and her brother-in-law Scott McBiles.
