Obituary
Ralph Richard “Dick” Burchill passed away in Battle Mountain, Nevada, surrounded by his loving family on March 13, 2023.
Dick was born on June 7, 1937, in Derby, Virginia to Ralph and Doris (Hill) Burchill. His family moved to Pennsylvania when he was two. He grew up around family including his beloved grandparents, five siblings, and aunts and uncles. He graduated from high school in 1955.
He married Betsy Patterson on November 29, 1963 and they had three children, Erin, Jule and Tara. The family moved to Challis, Idaho in 1980. They built a beautiful life there for 40 years.
Dick and Betsy moved to Battle Mountain, NV in 2020 to be near family.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Betsy and their daughters – Erin (Neil) McCusker, Jule (Dan) Farnsworth and Tara (Dave) Walrath and his six grandsons and five great-children.
