Steven Gillespie Obituary

On March 28, 2024, Steven Lee Gillespie, better known as Dad/Grandpa/Papa, took his place in the Happy Hunting Grounds in the Sky.

Steve was a quirky guy who left an impression on all he met. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing with his grandkids, and enjoyed wood-crafting and home improvement projects. He never shied from a project thrown at him by his daughters and loved doing things for others.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Okey and Barbara Gillespie, and is survived by his wife Wilma, brother Glenn Gillespie (Lynnae), children Kimberly Carson (Alex), Azazel f/k/a Shaun Gillespie (Sylvia), Christopher Gillespie (Emma) and Kelly Pickering (Isaac), and his favorite people, grandchildren Madeline and Collin, Lilith and Ronin, Conner and Braxton, and Emily, Oliver, Samuel. He will forever be loved and missed.
